About
Hi there! I’m Laura Kealy, founder of Bridge Nutrition. I am a registered health and performance nutritionist aiming to improve people’s knowledge, understanding, and, appreciation of food – one meal at a time!
My background is in Biopharmaceuticals and Applied Biology, and after a stint working as a research analyst I embarked on a Masters in Human Nutrition. For the last number of years I have successfully educated thousands of people all over the world in nutrition, health, and, well-being. I focus on teaching all of my clients how to have a life-long healthy, balanced relationship with food.
As a long time participant in several sports (mainly GAA games) I am passionate about all things sports related. To utilise this, and my love for nutrition I completed a Post Grad in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and I am a registered Performance Nutritionist. I have worked with many athletes and teams from numerous sports all over the country, specialising in GAA performance nutrition.
