These handy little snacks are ridiculously easy to make and are great options for pre or post training snacks or for breakfast on the go ??♀️??♂️

Ingredients:
– 100g porridge
– 50g vanilla protein powder
– 2 bananas, mashed
– 60mls milk
– 40g chocolate chips
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 170c.
2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add the porridge protein powder, and baking soda, mix well.
4. Add milk, mix.
5. Add chocolate chips, mix.
6. Line 1-2 baking trays with greaseproof paper.
7. Spoon out the mix into 10 even sized cookies.
8. Bake for 13 minutes.
9. Cool before eating, store in an airtight container!
