Would highly recommend the service and nutrition programme that I got.
Over the course of the programme I was training more intensely than I ever have but have never felt so high in energy and although I was eating within a calorie range, I was never hungry, which is something I have struggled within the past.
The tailoring of the programme to suit your lifestyle and likes/dislikes is excellent, and that makes it really easy to follow and stick to. Definitely worth the investment.

Laura was brilliant. If you are thinking about how to step your team up to the next level (whatever that may be), then a meeting with Laura is a must! She certainly knows her stuff in terms of specific nutrition for sport but is also able to present this information to any audience without the confusing technical terms. All in all, a great experience and one which every young GAA female player should have!

I found the Bridge Nutrition seminar brilliant as it made me prioritize my food for my sports performance, showing great guidelines which were practical and perfect examples for what food to be eating before/during/after training and games. Player feedback on the Bridge Nutrition performance nutrition seminars was excellent, from managers perspective they felt it was presented in a very understandable and practical way and from a player’s perspective the content was spot on and the follow up materials really reinforced the learning. Plenty already asking are we doing a level 2 version!
